Research has shown the link between humans and animals can be life-changing and in some cases, life-saving. This training provides participants with an understanding about domestic violence, as well as
- How human violence and abuse towards animals are connected
- How you can use a simple screening tool to determine if someone is experiencing violence
- Resources available to victims of domestic violence and their pets
Training is led by Rose Brooks Center Staff, Kendyl Clark, Pet Advocacy Manager
